We Are Muslims:-
In Arabic, the word Muslim means one who Submits. Its root verb is ASLAMA/ SUBMISSION. Any creature - INCLUDING THE JINN - that believes in the
One and Only God, is automatically a MUSLIM.
The following verses from the Quran prove this point beyond a shadow of a doubt.
2: 127 And remember Abraham and Isma`il raised the foundations of the House (with this prayer): "Our Lord! accept (this service) from us for thou art the All-Hearing the All-Knowing.
2: 128 "Our Lord! make of us Muslims [Muslimeen] bowing to Thy (Will) and of our progeny a people Muslim [Ummata Muslimata] bowing to Thy (Will) and show us our places for the celebration of (due) rites; and turn unto us (in mercy); for Thou art the Oft-Returning Most-Merciful.
2: 132 And this was the legacy that Abraham left to his sons and so did Jacob; "O my sons! Allah hath chosen the faith for you; then die not except in the faith of Islam [wa antum Muslimoona]."
2: 133 Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold he said to his sons: "What will ye worship after me?" They said: "We shall worship thy Allah and the Allah of thy fathers of Abraham Isma`il and Isaac the one (true) Allah to Him we bow (in Islam) [wa nahnoo lahoo Muslimoona]."
3: 52 When Jesus found unbelief on their part he said: "Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?" Said the Disciples: "We are Allah's helpers we believe in Allah and do thou bear witness that we are Muslims [wa ashhadoo inna Muslimoona].
3: 64 Say: "O people of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: that we worship none but Allah; that we associate no partners with Him; that we erect not from among ourselves Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back say: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah's will) [wa ashhadoo bi-anna Muslimoona]."
5: 111 "And behold! I inspired the Disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Apostle: they said `We have faith and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims'. [wa ashhad bi-anna Muslimoona]"
7: 126 "But thou dost wreak thy vengeance on us simply because we believed in the signs of our Lord when they reached us! Our Lord! pour out on us patience and constancy and take our souls unto thee as Muslims (who bow to thy will) [Muslimeena]"!
22: 78 And strive in His cause as ye ought to strive (with sincerity and under discipline): He has chosen you and has imposed no difficulties on you in religion; it is the cult of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you Muslims [al Muslimeena] both before and in this (Revelation); that the Apostle may be a witness for you and ye be witnesses for mankind! So establish regular Prayer give regular Charity and hold fast to Allah! He is your Protector the Best to protect and the Best to help!
28: 53 And when it is recited to them they say: "We believe therein for it is the Truth from our Lord: indeed we have been Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will) [Muslimeena] from before this."
*** It is important that th reader should grasp the following FACTS, based upon the verses above, as well as others in the Quran, that Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Tribes, Moses, Jesus, Mary and the Apostles, existed thousands of years BEFORE Muhammad and his Quran.
They all believed in the One and Only God of Israel and hence were, by definition of the word and its implication in the Quranic verses, MUSLIMS.
In fact, any creature, from anywhere in the universe, who submits to the will of the One and Only God, is automatically, a MUSLIM.
It is an affront to logic and to human intelligence in general, that the followers of Muhammad have ARROGATED the term ISLAM only to themselves, for the last 1400 years, while it is neither the truth nor a fact ***
